I baked muffins last night for the married ladies chapel that I was hosting this morning. Yes the first day of school of ALL mornings! How did I wind up with that schedule conflict? I need to fire my personal assistant...
Anyhow, as I was baking these most delicious of raspberry muffins, I cracked an egg and proceeded to find this:
What exactly would cause this? Is there such a thing as chicken twins? Oh, and I need to know, does this count as one egg or two? Answers people! I need answers!!!

Yes, it is a maternal twin! If it was in one shell then I would only count it as one. I think I have seen this once or twice before but mostly with "farm" eggs! Isn't it funny! I bet your muffins tasted extra good!
Now enough with egg pictures how did your girls look on the first day of school!!! ;)
Whenever I crack eggs, I always hope that I get one of these! I got one once, and now I'm always disappointed with normal eggs. Lucky!
This happened to me on Tuesday night!!! That's crazy! We were having brinner, and I cracked an egg and low and behold there were 2 yolks! I didn't realize this could happen especially to BOTH of us. Amazing!
