I think this is Jersey Shore, although i've never been there, that is my guess. (unless it's a trick and it's really camp barakel, no..wait, i see hills, must be jersey shore!)
Rachel, Jungle camp was in Jersey Shore, PA, so technically you have picked two places.

It is Emma (though it is hard to believe that she was that little back then), and she and Josh are on the opposite shore from campus at the MTC in Roach, MO. The student classroom building is on the left of them and the swing is on the right of them. (I may not be the first but I get points for the most thourough:-)
I was guessing Language school as well in Roach, Missouri. Since I don't know your girls, I would have never known which one it was.
