Going for an Evening Constitutional

When the weather starts warming up, we like to take a little family stroll after dinner. Sometimes it is just a quick ten minutes, other times it can be for an hour or two. I had to get some pictures of my wonderful family. God has blessed me so much with my awesome, loving hubby and three smart, beautiful girls!
It was pretty chilly this evening!

They are growing up SO FAST!

Spring Time Fun!

At the first sign of warm weather, we are outside! We have really enjoyed the nice warm sun God has given us, and this taste of Spring makes us eager for the upcoming Summer as well!
Emma is drawing a peanut. This is her new favorite thing to draw at the moment. :)

Check out those beautiful blue eyes!

Deeper '08

Last weekend as Josh was still re-cooperating from surgery, and the girls were at Grandma and Grandpa's for the weekend, I went on a retreat with the youth group I work with at our church. I have to tell you, it was so much FUN!
We have an amazing group of young people at our church, and God is doing some AMAZING things in their lives. I am really thankful He let me be a part of this weekend.
Please pray for the students that went. Some made decisions to accept Jesus as their savior. Others felt the Holy Spirit's urge to deepen their walk with God.
I also had a wonderful time with the leaders. It was so great getting to know my dear friend Rachel better, and also getting to make a new close friend, Katie. She is so CRAZY FUN!
Here are some pictures from the weekend.
Lunch time devotion from Ken Potter.

I really look up to her. :)

Last week's visit to Indy

It's been busy this past week, and I am finally getting a chance to post about my visit with my sister. My mom came with the girls and I to visit Tomesia, Joe and the kids for a couple of days. It was a really great, and too short of a visit. Here are some pictures from the day we went to the park.

Look how cute Tomesia and Ivy are!

Pray for Josh

He has had a rough week. Poor guy went into the ER on Friday morning with horrendous pain which turned out to be a kidney stone. Friday night he had surgery to remove the "impassible" stone.
Today is Tuesday, and he is still in a lot of pain. Please keep him in your prayers. Josh is an amazing patient and has been so tough! Please pray for him to heal quick.
Spring is just starting to show around Jackson. Here is a little glimpse of some of God's amazing handiwork, right from our yard. :)
